We offer great opportunities for recreation and wine tourism at Midalidare Estate Winery. You can contact us for arranging private wine samplings, corporate events, special dinners and celebrations.
Our wine tour "The path of the wine" explains in details the wine making process and takes our quests around the fermentation area and the barrel cellar, also you can taste 8 different wines from an enomatic/wine dispenser.

Wine Museum
On February 14, 2015, a wine museum opened in the larger Midalidare cellar.
It presents an ethnographic collection, generously provided by the Regional Historical Museum of Stara Zagora, showing carting, winemaking, cooperage and the way of life of the people of the region in the past.
The actual part of the museum is a cave, which ends with a humorously constructed game, aimed at testing the knowledge acquired during the wine tour.
On the path of sparkling wine
The “Sparkling Wine Road” wine tour takes place in the newly opened sparkling wine winery, which houses the entire process of turning grapes into a sparkling drink and is specially designed and built in accordance with the requirements and traditions of traditional sparkling wine production.
The “Sparkling Wine Road” begins with a unique interactive presentation of sparkling wine production, passes through the storage room for wines that are aged for more than 24 months on fine lees, and the remuage room. Depending on the period of visit, there is an opportunity to observe the disgorging process (the separation of the yeast sediment from the neck of the bottle) and the addition of “liqueur d’expédition”. The sparkling wine journey ends in a specially designed dome projection room, where visitors can watch an exciting video in the company of a glass of Midalidare Blanc de Blancs Brut NV sparkling wine.
TASTING
The “Sparkling Wine Journey” experience continues in the Midalidare flagship store, where guests are given the opportunity to taste Midalidare Deluxe Brut NV or Midalidare Rose Extra Brut NV sparkling wine, as well as 4 still wines from Enomatic. Hand-made grissini and mineral water are served. Upon request, guests can be served a cheese platter, a dry appetizer platter or a combination platter.

The wine tour "The Road of Sparkling Wine" is held daily starting at 3:00 PM.
The maximum number of visitors in the group is 12 people.
Its duration is 75-90 minutes.
