The SPA Center of Midalidare Hotel & SPA has two indoor pools. The larger pool is 85 squares of water area, with 160 cm at the deepest and 120 cm at the shallowest point. The pool has underwater LED lighting and water-massage section with eight nozzles, Jacuzzi and two water-jet underwater chairs. The water temperature is around 31 degrees. The children's pool is 13 squares of water area with underwater LED lighting and 60 cm of depth. The temperature of the water is 32 degrees.

The infrared sauna, as its name suggests, is characterized by its infrared lamps, replacing the stone heating in the traditional sauna. In contrast, this new type of sauna acts specifically, directly heating the human body (at the height of the back and lower legs). In this way, it does not affect the temperature of the room. The relatively low temperature (55 ° C) in this type of cabin is conducive to carrying out daily procedures. And the interior, built entirely of Finnish white pine, contributes to the soothing effect of the procedure.

The Finnish sauna is distinguished by its heating method and aromatherapy effect. The cabins, built of Finnish white pine, are heated by stoves (electric or wood-burning), in which volcanic stones are placed. Their function is the gradual heat radiation, in order to heat the room from 80 °C to 100 °C, with air humidity from 10 to 30%. Basalt stones have a characteristic aroma, which, combined with the smell of Finnish pine and the aromatic elixirs in the water, contributes to the memorable experience. And the combination of mint and eucalyptus frees the respiratory tract. The stay lasts 15 minutes, followed by a cooling procedure.

Feel the soothing effect of the sauna in completely alternative conditions. The relatively low air temperature (60 °C), as well as the combination of herbs in direct contact with the volcanic stones, favor the metabolism in the body. And the individual benches in unison with the wooden interior contribute to the exotic atmosphere. The recommended time to stay in the sauna is about 20 minutes.

Water is a main active element affecting the human senses, psyche and physique. And its healing properties affecting internal organs and systems have been known since ancient times. Hammam therapy is carried out in rooms with a steamy atmosphere with an elevated temperature. The water transformed into steam has an effect, opening the pores of the skin and cleansing it of both dead cells and toxins, through the abundant sweating of the body.
